How to operate your Roller Blinds?

It is important to operate your Roller Blinds correctly to ensure that you do not cause any unnecessary damages or break your warranty terms and conditions. Operation is simple and if you follow these simple rules your blinds should last well beyond their warranty period. 

Chain Operated Roller Blinds

1. Always operate your Roller Blinds with the chain held in two hands 

2. Make sure to hold the chain perpendicular or at a right angle to the blind. 

3. Make sure that nothing has fallen near the blind and caused the bottom rail to become jammed. 

4. Never force or put unnecessary pressure on your chain. 

5. Keep an eye on what you are doing. 6. Your blinds are designed to stop at the top and bottom and have pre-set position. If you force the blind to past these points you can do major damage to the chain clutch which will need replacing.
